4 Easy Ways To Eliminate Body Acne By: Donald Mckenzie Jr

Acne is by far the most annoying bacteria any person can face. The absolute biggest cause for acne formation is your own sweat. Sweat can clog skin pores and lead to breakouts all over. This may sound a bit surprising, however there are other simple thing that cause acne formation. These are a few of the easiest methods to help you eliminate body acne for good.

1) To zap body acne and prevent it from coming back, you should wash your body daily with a salicylic acid based soap. These can be found in almost any supermarket. Be sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult a doctor before using this method.

2) Shower daily and be sure to shower as soon as possible after you have been sweating. A few good examples are, after playing sports, working outside, or just being in the sun for a long period of time. After your shower, you can follow up with using a body moisturizer that contains Alfa Hydroxy acid. This will exfoliate and help prevent breakouts while keeping your skin hydrated.

3) At Nighttime you can treat body acne just like facial acne. Apply an acne zapping gel or cream at any effected section of your body.

4) If your body acne is particularly bad and will not respond to any treatment after about a month, you should see a dermatologist as soon as possible.

A few other examples are tight fitting clothing, stress, and hormones. Tight fitted clothing tends to cling to your skin very tightly and trap the sweat in your pores. Often times this leads to blemishes and visible skin rashes. This can also lead to body acne popping up on your chest and back. For some this will look as though you have been on steroids. It is a highly unpleasant sight.
