1) Hang out with your dog(s) and cat(s)--watch the sun and moon beams dance upon her whiskers

Feel the sense of companionship as you walk with the dog, preferably off a lead, and when the dog trots along beside you, enjoy the feeling of play, protection and fun!

2) Purposely practice living in the present moment

Feel the on-going nature of the here and now, the beginningless, endless sense of a fully dimensioned, fully alive, awake, energized experience of All That Is.

This Is It!

And It is wonderful!

3) Learn to take yourself lightly, and in the process, laugh at yourself NOW, not retrospectively

Practice looking at a challenging situation from all the aspects of what is funny about it, instead of what is sad, tragic or upsetting. We have been programmed to be Drama Queens and Kings, playing out each detail of a situation with great agonizing seriousness, and maybe 10 years later, we finally laugh about what happened.

Laugh Now!

In 10 years, laugh even harder!

And the angels will laugh with you!

4) Learn to spend time by yourself, and learn to thoroughly enjoy it!

The sense of free-flow that arises in moments of alone-ness is a liberation. Once it's experienced, you will want to experience it again and again.

Put on music and dance! Feel the great sensation of communion with your creative and care-free self, the ancestrial spirits who follow you, with your higher guides who surround you, with your guardian angels who protect you.

5) Practice letting go to a power greater than yourself

This transformational tool requires an ongoing sense of faith-- that you don't have to control it, you didn't cause it, and you can't cure it.

So let it go--it's no longer your concern. Observe it as you release it, And watch it dissolve into the ethers of timelessness.

6) Practice forgiveness by learning the loving-kindness meditation

When feeling negative thoughts about another person, we are the ones who suffer.

Similarly, by forgiving the persons who have harmed us, we are the ones who are released and purified. Life gives us the chance to start again. Forgiveness is for giving ourselves the gift of Letting Go/Letting God.

7) May all beings be free of suffering--even those who have harmed us

8) May all hearts everywhere be open to all pain and joy

Pain, sickness and separation can cause an opening to a larger purpose and destiny, leading to a sense of Oneness with all.

This is a great gift.

9) May the light immerse all shared hearts; May all shared hearts encourage the earth to heal spontaneously; First heal yourself. Others are healed by feeling your healing rays; And Planet Earth is automatically healed

10) May all beings everywhere dissolve the shadows of the past into the light of the healing present; May we all live in mercy and care for each other and ourselves; May we all come to treasure ourselves and each other; May we all come to treasure each other in ourselves;

The separation between self and others is an illusion; Live in a state of Reality by joining your heart with all beings, beasts, trees and rocks; And with Stars, Feel the exhileration of a meteor show, And carry this with you, forever.
