Another latest innovation in web design application is the RIA or the Rich Internet Application. This is a hard disk-space saver since it does not require the installation of any software program since it can run in web browsers alone. Many are choosing RIAs because of its richer functionality functions such as the simple drag and drop feature. The behavior of the web interface is also more responsive compared to the other types of web design applications. RIA also creates balance between the client and the server. Just like AJAX, RIA also has an asynchronous communication wherein a page does not need to be refreshed or reloaded so that the new information can be seen. The new details are loaded in the web page without compromising the current status of the web page.
