Other people dislike costume parties. On the other hand, there are those who like it so much because it is an opportunity for them to display their creativity. Parents and children and all the others out there should thank the Internet and all the crafting magazines. Because of these, making one-of-a-kind costumes are no longer a problem.

Dressing up as a bubble bath at a costume party is both fun and creative. A bubble bath costume consists of easily found and easy-on-the-budget materials. Plus, you could even be awarded as the most unique costume.

Only a Few Supplies are Needed for a Bubble Bath Costume

Basically, the bubble bath costume requires only 35 9-inch round balloons (70 if you want balloons to cover your entire upper body), small safety pins, a white long sleeved sweatshirt or a long sleeved skin colored sweatshirt, white pants, a rubber ducky, shower cap and a scrubbing brush or other tub style accessory. 

After gathering all these accessories, you don’t have anything to do but wait till that date arrives. A few hours before the party, start blowing up all the balloons. But make sure to allow enough time to blow up your balloons. Remember that balloons are an important part of your costume.

After blowing up all the balloons, make use of the small safety pins so that each of the balloons is attached to the shirt. Make sure that you are attaching at the low- knotted end of the balloon.  Ensure the whole surface of the front of your shirt is wrapped with balloons. Others prefer not putting balloons on the backside of the shirt so they can still sit down during the party. If not, you can also have the entire shirt covered, front and back. Just have your costume top transported to the party and just put it on over a tank top you when you arrive.

So, where are the other accessories? They’re finishing touches, of course. You could have a shower cap or a towel tied around your head as well as scrubbing brush and a rubber ducky. If you really like the rubber ducky, you can just carry it with you or you can have it attached with a piece of tape. For additional props, wearing slippers or flip-flops, and carrying an extra-large bath towel are also great.

Don’t be astonished if you are only one coming on as a bubble bath at the party. But this has always been a prize winner as the most unique costume. Here’s one warning though. As the party lasts, your costume will most likely be popped up.
