Detoxing Naturally: Cranberry Juice Diet

A cranberry juice detox diet has become a popular way to restart the system and clean it out for a healthier body. The cranberry juice diet is very simple, but the ingredients for it can be costly and a little hard to find. The cranberry juice diet is a way to clean out the systems of the body naturally since the cranberry is full of healthy vitamins and other items that are good for the body. The cranberries have high Vitamin C in them, which is good for combining with other healthy foods because it helps certain minerals to be absorbed. It also has bacteria anti-adhesion qualities, meaning that it helps to remove and prevent bacteria that are harmful from growing in the body.

Tip: Use them in a juice with sweet ingredients, such as citrus, berries, or carrots. A favorite of many is a combination of cherries, strawberries, cranberries and blueberries.

The cranberry juice diet also helps the body internally, such as with the kidneys. The cranberries have antioxidants and also proanthocyanidin which both help to clean out the kidneys so that they are free from toxins again. The lymphatic system is also helped by cleansing it out with this cranberry juice diet since the cranberries are full of vitamins and minerals that help to flush out fat that seems to cling there in some cases. Other vitamins and minerals that are in cranberries are Vitamin K, Vitamin A, manganese, potassium and more.

In order to utilize this cranberry juice diet, the person will need to mix up an elixir that is consumed at least once per day to get the maximum benefits. Often the elixir is consumed at the same time as the person is using another type of fat flush diet so that multiple systems are being cleansed at the same time. The elixir is made up of filtered water (so that it is as pure as possible), pure cranberry juice (most are mixes, so the search for the pure juice can be difficult) and some type of green powder such as wheatgrass powder or Barley Green. Most of the time, this cranberry juice diet is taken in the morning before any other food is eaten so that the body can better absorb all of the great vitamins and minerals in the cranberries and elixir. Often, it is recommended that a glass of cranberry juice is consumed throughout the day, or that it is mixed with water so that the body is continually being flushed out from all of the toxins that are in it, thus purifying it for the future.
