Well, you have to stick with the program you selected if you actually trusted it to begin with. Give it time to work. Change doesn't happen so quickly.

You need a plan of attack that extends out beyond the program you choose. For example, you have to set up workout times. You need to plan meals and shopping trips. You have to fit the program into your daily routine. And depending on the type of lifestyle you lead, this might not be the easiest thing in the world to do. Of course, it's something that really needs to get done. You must determine your overall plan before you start a program.

Not everyone is capable of high-intensity workouts like cardio or heavy weightlifting. This means that you must custom tailor a package per your particular needs. The fact of the matter is that you should be exercising an average of 20 minutes a day at the minimum. Even if this is just a brisk walk, some sit-ups, jumping jacks or other simplistic exercises, they need to get done.

The most important thing to glean from the tips above is that a true diet program is actually a complete lifestyle change from start to finish. A working program requires you to change your diet and activity level and to keep things that way indefinitely.
