I am in my 50's and have been getting fatter and less fit, little by little, for many years. I had a choice, a chance, to make myself less unfit, less fat. Now, I have lost 15 Kilos (33 lbs) and I go to the gym several times a week and do fitness training at home.
I feel and look different.
