Content Submission Guidelines
The content on this site is not generally available for syndication or reuse. If you wish to publish/reprint any article from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you must follow the terms laid out under the 'Publisher Terms of Use' below and those in any resource box below any article that you wish to use:
Author Terms of Service
1. You agree that you are the original author of each item of content that you submit, or that you have the contractual right to use the content on knowhow-now.com. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.
2. By submitting your content (articles, blog posts, photos, videos etc.) to Knowhow-Now.com, you do not grant others the right to publish your content, unless you include a line in your resource box, or at the foot of your blog posts to that effect. If you allow videos to be republished then you must clearly not this in the public notes with the video. If you give permission then other Knowhow-Now.com users have the right to publish your material on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the content is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
3. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in any part of our site. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your content. If published, we reserve the right to remove any content at any time.
4. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category or section of the site for your content submissions if we find them to be classified wrongly or for other management reasons.
5. By submitting your content (articles, blog posts, pictures, artworks and any other created content to KnowHow-Now, you agree to allow us to:
Publish your content on KnowHow-Now.
Publish your content in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
6. You agree that KnowHow-Now provides a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your content to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
7. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of any articles or blog posts. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box at the foot of any article or blog post.
8. All written submissions for publication must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors before they are submitted - Do not submit articles with spelling errors and bad grammar. We monitor content submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.
9. KnowHow-Now may at any time translate your content submissions into various languages for our sister sites. Your content will remain complete with your resource box.
10. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.
11. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your subkmitted content.
12. We publish newsletter, it is not mandatory to take it but we do recommend it. Newsletters, whether on the websote or sent as emails are the main method by which we can communicate with our subscribers and may have importnt information that bears upon your content submissions.
13. We will, from time to time, send out emails, usually no more than one per week and often less. This is how we communicate with you, our community of content creators. We consider these emails to be part and parcel of the use of our services by you and by submitting content you have agreed to receive our communications. The contents of the message will usually consist of information about the site, article marketing, blogging, audio/video content and writing. We reserve the right to include promotional or sales messages. If you wish to cease receiving these messages, please contact us at remove@knowhow-now,com. We will honor your request and remove both your email address and any content submitted by you.
14. Please note, all articles must be accompanied by a persons name. Company names, organisations or similar are not permitted. Also, a single name such as Andrew, or Jon is not enough. The following examples are all OK: Michael Johnson. M. Johnson, Michael M. Johnson, Mr Johnson, Dr Johnson. Content items submitted that do not have a name will be edited to carry as author 'anonymous', or be rejected.
15. We have Publisher Terms of Service. They apply to all articles on this site. There is no need for additional usage information in the resource box and thus, any examples of duplicated terms of use will be edited.
If the terms of service are not to your taste, please do not submit your content creations to this site!
Publisher Terms of Service
1. Content published on this site is not generally available for syndication or republication in any form except as we provide through our RSS feed system. If a content item is flagged as being available for syndication then the tems below MUST be followed.
2. You must not include a link similar to the following: "Article Source: http://www.KnowHow-Now.com" at the foot of each content item that you choose to publish. Any author ''resource box' and author links MUST remain intact abd be published as live links.
3. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. resource box, 2. any links provided by the author.
4. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article or blog post not written by you.
5. You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.
6. You agree to never use any content obtained from KnowHow-Now in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.
7. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any illegal material.
8. You agree to never sell any content obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
9. You agree to abide by the republishing limitations placed by any individual author, noted in the resource box at the foot of each item available for syndication.
