Main Line Restaurant Week
This is the second year for the Main Line Restaurant week. Its first celebration in fall 2010 was very successful. This year, you can dine at any of the restaurants there; can choose prix-fix meals from a $20 simple meal to lavish dining for $50.
Walk+Run Against Hunger
This is one of the Philadelphia events this month that will make you feel good, both spiritually and physically. The organization supports over a hundred soup kitchens, hunger-relief centers and food pantries in Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey. Take part in the event and lend a hand to the agency’s effort to raise enough money to buy more kitchen equipments and other necessities.
