Knowhow-Now Article

Custom banners may not be quite as popular as their preprinted counterparts, but they do have a large importance in the advertising community.

One thing that you need to keep in mind when it comes to custom banners is that they are YOURS. If you aren’t satisfied with how they look, you can change them before you receive them. You can take your time or rush—it’s all dependant on what you want.

What Options Do I Have With Custom Banners?

When it comes to custom banners, you have loads of options. You can choose pretty much everything—including when it gets to you. Keep in mind that different banner companies have different options that they can offer you. It is all a matter of what they are prepared for.

You can choose the color. If you want custom banners that are bright, you can choose bright colors. Keep in mind that the shades are not “true” shades of said color. They are instead a mix of four or six colors in order to replicate the shade. The purpose for this is that it is, first of all, cheaper. You don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get color.

Next, you can choose your font. You don’t have to pick the normal font if you don’t want to. If you want something funky, big, and bold, then by all means choose it!

If you have any photos that you feel are relevant (and they are recommended, simply because they add pizzazz), then you can add them! If you want a giant one that encompasses your custom banner or several custom banners, you can add them without worrying about not being able to fit them all.

What’s So Special is So Special About Banners?

Well, first of all, banners are long-lasting. Stride gum has NOTHING on banners. These banners can last years—and even longer if you take care of them. They are made of vinyl, a very resistant, durable, flexible plastic resin. This resin is waterproof, heat-resistant, and also doesn’t snap. Because of this, you can leave your banners outside year-round if you wish.

Since the ink is fade resistant, you also don’t have to worry about your custom banners fading! Not to mention that they aren’t that expensive. True, for bigger banners, you are going to pay more, but you can get a small banner for less than a high end pair of sneakers! It doesn’t cost much more to buy custom banners—which is only more reason to buy one!
