How To Convert Prospects Into Customers

By Andrew Wilson

If you hold the right key to tackle your prospects' hearts then converting them into customers isn't a 'Mission Impossible' any more!

Here's How You Do It

1) Create a sense of urgency

Customers will probably not have a sense of urgency to make a move unless you "create" one for them. Make them realise that what you're offering them is very important.
Highlight to them that one this great offer is missed they will not have another chance to get this great deal again.

Set a deadline for them and let their brain make a wise, and mutually profitable decision.

2) Offer incentives to your prospects.

Almost nobody will reject your great gesture when you offer them freebies. Just as you hope that they will spend money on your products, you must give them something “extra” so that they feel that your products are worth the money! Also, you could offer them a free introductory trial so that they can see how your product works.

3) Collect Their Email Address

If the customer doesn’t feel like having a long conversation, or if they are in a rush, you could offer to jot down their email address or other means of communication so that you can contact them with future offers or additional product information. At the same time, give your business card to them so that they can contact you too if they want your service.

4) Ask Questions

Ask questions throughout the conversation. This helps you to gain a deeper understanding of your customers needs so you are able to answer their questions in more detail. Also, this can help you to tackle their needs by offering them suitable and appropriate products.

By giving the right answers to your prospects questions can help you to transform them into your customers!

5) Engage with Customers

People won’t buy from you if you have not gained their trust and confidence.

First, you must engage with them so that they can understand you and your products better before they make a move. Also, do not try to sell impulsively. Use questions to understand their problems and then you can offer a suitable product.

A good salesperson does not so much sell as help people to buy.
