Akshay Kumar and Katrina cover will appear on the cover of the coveted Filmfare magazine as part of the promotional events for their film, Tees Maar Khan. Katrina in a rich maroon silk gown looks ravishing and gorgeous while Akshay who sports a steel gray suit looks as cool as ever! The magazine will hit the stands soon.
Made by choreographer turned film maker, Farah Khan, Tees Maar Khan will release on Christmas Eve on 24th December! The film is produced by Twinkle Khanna, Shirish Kunder and Ronnie Screwala. The film touted to be an action comedy also stars, Akshaye Khanna, Arya Babbar, Raghu Ram and Rajiv Laxman.
All may not be as well as it looks for the lead pair of the film, who are known for their hits. Industry insiders have it that Akshay is not happy with Katrina’s overwhelming popularity. Katrina has clearly overshadowed her co-star, Akshay Kumar with her Sheila ki jawani number. The immensely popular number has reached the top of the charts and is a raging hit in the country. Director Farah Khan and everyone else, who has seen the sexy actress gyrate to the tune of Sheila ki jawani, are full of praise for Katrina’s performance. Farah Khan even went to the extent of commenting that it was Katrina’s best dance performance till date that would leave her critics with full of admiration.
On one such promotional event Katrina managed to grab the spotlight and did all the talking while Akki merely looked on! All this openly indicated Akshay’s displeasure at the turn of events and how he was finding it difficult to digest Kat racing ahead of him!!!
