This is what doctors call lifestyle modification which is a more natural and less costly approach. Reducing junk food intake and eating more foods to reduce cholesterol is one way of doing this. Not only is it an inexpensive way to address the problem but it also is the natural and safest way to do so.


Changing up a few meals never hurt anybody, try having a healthier breakfast by eating oatmeal. Oatmeal contains soluble fibers that help decrease the LDL or low-density lipoprotein in your body, also known as “bad” cholesterol. Just substituting one meal with oatmeal can have considerable effects.
