From north to south, it extends to a distance of around 5 km. From east west, the distance is around 1.6km. In the fort, there are 15 large towers. Apart from this, there are 51 small towers. These contain 446 loopholes for musketry.  The towers numbering eight which are all around act as defense to the fort.  3599 Kanguras are the most magnificent ones. Each contains 2 loopholes for musketry.
