Currently, this philosophy is what is being pushed heavily in gyms. So many people these days are exercise enthusiasts. One woman not only was exercising two hours per day seven days per week but she also ran a 26-mile marathon with zero weight loss. Since the adrenals are the glands that deal with stress, if you are an Adrenal body type, the longer and harder you exercise, the less weight you will actually lose. You are end up triggering the stress hormones again which ultimately causes even more belly fat.

You should be exercising a specific way in order to trigger fat burning, depending on your specific gland weakness and body type.
