Joint pain is a common symptom for arthritis, tendonitis and bursitis as well as joint injuries.

Apple cider vinegar is another joint pain reliever.

If joint pain keeps you awake at night, rub some hot vinegar on your joints before going to bed.

Take a small glass of warm water and mix together two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey into the water and drink. You should feel relief from your aching joints.

If you are looking for a good rubbing mixture to apply to aching joints try mixing camphor, methyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil and menthol. This makes a very effective joint pain rub.

It is important to drink lots of water. Water helps to flush out impurities from the body and helps to improve all of your body’s functions including joint lubrication.

Your joints need to be flexible so remember to exercise every day. Exercise will increase your joint flexibility and also it will strengthen your bones. If you enjoy swimming you can get your exercise and reduce pain while improving your flexibility.

There are many ways to massage relief into your joints. One way is to mix up a massage ointment using two parts of pure olive oil and one part of kerosene oil. This ointment when applied to your aching joints brings relief.

You can also run warm olive oil on your joints or you can mix 1 teaspoon of camphor oil to 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil and massage this mixture into the affected joint.
