82nd Geneva International Motor Show
It is one of the oldest and most prominent auto shows since 1905. Every year the event is held at the Switzerland based Geneva city. The 2012 Geneva Motor Show that is scheduled from 8th March to 18th March will gather more than 7, 00,000 along with 260 exhibitors, among them there will be 30 major international automobile producers that include Toyota Motors, Ford Motors and General Motors along with Volkswagen. There will be vehicles in passenger cars segment as well as commercial segment. As per the reliable sources, Renault Pulse hatchback and Skoda Rapid sedan will be displayed as global models. While Tata Motors will showcase the prototypes of Tata Manza Hybrid and Tata Pixel along with latest Jaguar and Land Rover brand vehicles. The special attraction for first time will be naming of the Car of the Year 2012 award winner.
Manila International Auto Show
The annual motor show is the Philippines biggest auto show in terms of viewers count and cars showcased. This extravaganza will begin from 29th March and will mark the end by 1st April. There are many carmaker expected to visit this 8th edition of Manila motor show and that include Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Mahindra-Ssangyong, Ford, Hyundai and Jaguar Land Rover. These automakers will display their commercial as well as passenger vehicles. At the last show, the display of electric vehicle Reva was the major attraction, which is now Mahindra Reva. Bangkok International Auto Show
The 33rd Bangkok International Auto Show will be held in Thailand from 26 March-8 April 2012. The show will have at the display the latest hybrid, concept and low emissions vehicles along with solar electrically powered automobiles. The Bangkok show, which is one of the biggest in Asia, carries great importance as it will again carry the International automotive trademarks that comprise of Chevrolet, Hyundai Motors, Honda Motors, Ford Motors, Volvo Cars, Mercedes Benz, Nissan Motors and Volkswagen along with Toyota Motors. The theme of the show this year is ‘Technology Difference’. Being hosted by an Asian nation there are chances of the display of vehicles such as Maruti XA Alpha in concept form along with Ford B-Max MPV and Ford EcoSport along with Maruti Ertiga MPV.
