Hand posture on the keyboard is even important. And don't crack those knuckles!

Make sure you do things to help you protect your joints. Protecting your joints while you're younger and even when you're older will help you with arthritis prevention. There are many supplements you can take, and you should check with your doctor about these. Also, engage in activities that are not going to cause harm to your joints over and over again. Wear comfortable shoes, especially if you're a runner. Always stretch before you exercise.
