Males do not have any say over how fast they grow in their teen years and can therefore not prevent stretch marks entirely, but they can monitor how fast they build muscles, and they can maintain their proper weight so to avoid stretch marks do to fluctuations in weight.
Men can change their eating habits so that they have the proper nutrition for optimum skin health. Although most men do not like to drink water, today there are plenty of flavored water alternatives on the market that will help them to stay hydrated.
