Avoid using abbreviations when you are sending messages. While you want your customers to feel comfortable communicating with you, there has to be a line drawn between your personal and business life. You cannot talk to customers the same way that you talk to all of your personal friends. You want to be friendly and personable, but not too lax. Mobile marketing is a good way for a business to stay in touch with its customers. While there are many other forms of communication, none of them are as fast and easy as sending SMS messages.
