Tip: Lift a higher amount of weight for a lower amount of reps. You can get started by concentrating on a single muscle group like the chest, abdominals or gluteals.

• Agility poles – It is a pole that is used and utilized in various ways to strengthen the speed of an athlete. This is beneficiary in developing foot speed, agility, and faster way to change in direction. These poles can be also positioned according to the speed desired which can create an endless training obstacle or markers in developing a better speed.

• 10lbs speed vest – It is a weighted vest that is designed for all kinds of training including speed. This highly designed vest can hold up to 10lbs. This is usually worn during training exercises that involve running.

• Speed or Agility hurdles – It is equipment drill that helps athletes to improve polymetric exercise, agility and speed. This hurdle made by a hard PVC tubing or metal tubing is incorporated into different sport drills and exercises. It can also increase track exercise or vertical leap needed for speed training.

• Speed Harness – This is most often used by running athletes. However, it can also be used by other athletes. This harness is an all in one product for speed which improves all the elements of speed which is frequency, stride length and strength.

According to some experts, speed training equipment is another alternative to improve the speed of an individual when compared to the conventional speed training methods. Thus, these equipments are tools or devices that can truly help individuals generate faster results in improving speed that can be useful during game play.
